-If your company has more
than one person who is going to have a Network Desktop subscribed
for them, then you should appoint a Network Desktop administrator.
This person will be responsible for subscribing everyone,
subscribing new people, or occasionally un-subscribing someone
who is leaving. The administrator should be the one who
clicks on the ORDER NOW button. This takes them to the
sign up wizard. This is a more or less standard web based
enrollment facility. All the information entered is strictly
confidential.
-Subscribing a Network Desktop is not tied to a particular
computer, and therefore we do not collect information about
your computers. So, a person can log in to their Network
Desktop from wherever they happen to be, provided there
is Internet access available high speed or not.
-You will be asked information about your existing email
accounts, your people who are to get Network Desktops, company
name and address, and credit card information.
-Your credit card will be billed for the Network Desktops
subscribed by the administrator. The charges will be prorated
for the portion of the first month that starts on the day
the Network Desktops are subscribed. A credit card charge
confirmation will be emailed each month to your company
detailing the Network Desktops subscribed to and the charge
placed on your credit card.
-As soon at the dministrator completes the wizard enrollment
process, it sends an email to the administrator confirming
the order and providing secret passwords for each person.
-At that point each person can sit at their computer and
enter the following URL into their browser address bar:
LoginQ.net. On the display, a Windows 2000 dialog
box will request their log in name (full email address)
and password (the administrator will furnish this from the
email the wizard sends).
